Join forum attendees for a gala dinner plus keynote address from Roberta Jamieson. Lawyer and Indigenous advocate, Ms. Jamieson, is set to deliver a thought-provoking speech on Indigenous rights, equality and the importance of education.
In addition to being the first Indigenous woman in Canada to earn a law degree, she was also the first woman to be elected Chief of the Six Nations of the Grand River Territory. This is only a small bit of her impressive resume – and we are so excited to hear what she has to say!
We will also be handing out the first annual CHA awards.
